This bucket seat is the ideal for an infant just starting to swing. My 11-month old daughter squeals with delight every time we push her in this comfortable, secure, and safe swing.
When I ordered this, I assumed that I could attach it to my existing chains; however, I soon realized that my chains didn’t detach from my swings. A quick phone call to Swing Set Stuff changed my order to bucket seats WITH rubber coated chains. Switching the older children’s swing to the bucket swing is a breeze. We even ordered two so the neighbor’s baby can join in on the fun!

This seat is very sturdy and apparently well-made. The only thing I don’t like about it is the relatively small radius on the edges of the leg holes. While this is not a terrible thing, a more rounded edge, or thicker web to give a larger radius, would improve the comfort.

Put a tot in this secure bucket and they can’t climb out, swing them at your chest height and the face-to-face will give them confidence.
